Overview: Danco Electrical Contractors, Inc was contacted by a national hotel chain to perform complete renovation of lights, outlets, and equipment according to specifications for its international reputation. The project included renovation of 350 guest rooms, all restaurants and bar, and all meeting rooms and lobbies throughout the hotel.

Challenges: The key challenge with a 90 day fast tract project is coordination and staging. In this regard, Danco crews working in rotating shifts 24 x 7 to accommodate the work of other trades and to ensure all occupied spaces met exacting standards for quality and conformity.
